WHAT IS IT ALL ABOUT?

This is a woody amber scent that is inspired by the lunar year's Wood Dragon.  I remember my family always talking about having a baby during the dragon year for good luck.  I took these conversation as my inspiration.

Dragon's Blood Resin is combined with a Vintage Baby Powder accord.  The baby powder is kept in the background to add the clean, musky, sweet texture that I associate with baby cosmetics.  Soy milk and Calendula adds to the friendly scent profile.

I wanted to reinforce the Wood Dragon aspect of the scent with Buddha's Hand Citron to make it brighter and warm in color.  There are hints of spices, tobacco and resins to add to the light wood-orange color I wanted to paint.

This is a happy scent that smells like celebration and nurture.   It opens up like a baby dragon's breath -  bright and warm before it drifts to a comfy scent blanket.
